We're Moving In!

Bill, Wil, Chris and Rich all bought a unit in The Metro. The directory has about 7 Potter's listed and the other tenants think we're taking over! It's really fun when everyone's in town and we can meet up and ride TRAX to the Gateway or Temple Square. William loves the train! We kinda feel like we live in a hotel, but it's nice to have everyone so close so we can get together and visit at night. Chris and Kalli live here permanently, Bill and Linda are here most of the time, Wil and Diana plan to use it about once a month, and Rich is renting his out. The Metro is located downtown at 350 So. 200 East, SLC.

The Metro Condominiums. Here's the exterior of the building.

When we first moved in, we all took a walk downtown and rode TRAX.
Here's our group waiting for TRAX.

Cabo San Lucas

Wil, Diana, Chris, Kalli, Rich, Abby, and Mike went to Cabo for a week. We all stayed in a beautiful house for the first few nights. We couldn't believe how nice everything was inside! And we had a totally unobstructed view of the Pacific Ocean, a private infinity edge swimming pool, and a patio to barbecue and layout on.
All the boys know Spanish from their missions and were anxious to practice it. We got away from the tourists and found more authentic restaurants with the help of the men's Spanish skills.
Wil, Diana, and Mike left after day 4, so the rest of the gang moved up shore 30 miles to San Jose del Cabo, a more colonial town. There, we stayed in another beautiful condo, although not as sweet as the first.
Some of our Mexico adventures included: eating tacos, massages, snorkeling, horseback riding, parasailing, eating tacos, a VIP movie (the most amazing movie experience ever!), a boat tour to the arch, Church, and eating tacos!
If you ever decide to go there, talk to us before! We had a blast and can tell ya just what to do!

Welcome to the family Ches!

This is Kalli. My parents are in the dog breeding business and in recent years they've started to breed chihuahuas. So this spring they had a cute litter of 5 puppies, and they needed my help selling them. I decided it was time for Wil to have a dog, and so I started to work him. I started with William and Morgan, by letting them play with some of the puppies all afternoon. Without even trying, Diana was in love with the idea. Next thing ya know, all three of them are begging Wil to buy one. Secretively, Wil really wanted a puppy, but he wanted the others to prove to him that they were willing to work for one. Anyways, I guess I'm learning some good sales techniques from Chris, because I totally sold a puppy to Wil! They named him Ches, which to Morgan is short for Chester. But to Diana, it's short for Chester Copperpots from the Goonies. I have no idea if this dispute has been resolved yet. But Wil says that they little guy fits in their family perfectly!
